This list notepad is a "second" - what does that mean?
Either that the product has a small defect that makes it so it cannot be sold at full cost or it was produced with the incorrect backing color.
In this case, the list notepads have markings on the first page where the ink was not printed (once the first page is torn off, it's as good as new) or the backings were cut a bit short.
