Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in mint condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, send an email to studio@creativecasestudy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [511 Swift St. Unit E Santa Cruz, CA 95060]
  • If your return is accepted, you'll need to purchase a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Sale and "seconds" items are final sale and ineligible for a return.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact Annika at studio@creativecasestudy.com and start a return.
Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you of a successful return once we’ve received and inspected the item(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact Annika at studio@creativecasestudy.com.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Case Study immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that the 14 day return policy window also applies to items that arrived damaged or defective. Please contact Case Study within that time frame to get a replacement.

Case Study is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked 'delivered', it is no longer Case Study's responsibility - it is the buyer's responsibility to enter an address that is safe for delivery.
