Returns
To initiate a return, sign in to your account with the link below or send an email to studio@creativecasestudy.com stating your intent to return.
Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in mint resellable condition and in its original packaging.
- Once your return has been initiated you will receive a return label from Case Study. The cost of this return label will be deducted from your refund once your package has been received and accepted.
- Sale and "seconds" items are final sale and ineligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange is to contact us at studio@creativecasestudy.com and we will facilitate a return and shipment of your new items.
Refunds
We will notify you of a successful return once we’ve received and inspected the item(s). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at studio@creativecasestudy.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Case Study immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that the 14 day return policy window also applies to items that arrived damaged or defective. Please contact Case Study within that time frame to get a replacement.
Case Study is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked 'delivered', it is no longer Case Study's responsibility - it is the buyer's responsibility to enter an address that is safe for delivery.
