DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders that meet the minimum of $55 will automatically receive free shipping to anywhere in the United States.

Every domestic order is shipped with USPS Ground Advantage which includes up to $100 of package insurance (unless a shipping upgrade has been selected by the buyer). Claims for lost or stolen packages can be made after the delivery date via the buyer.

Claims for packages lost in transit (no 'delivered' status) will be performed by Case Study.

Case Study is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked 'delivered', it is no longer Case Study's responsibility - it is the buyer's responsibility to enter an address that is safe for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Case Study] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at creativecasestudy@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
